All of our products are handmade jewellery pieces, which means slight variations may occur. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but colours and finishes may vary depending on your device settings. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. We accept PayPal at this time. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK (and internationally if offered). Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside of our control.

Note that everything is currently made to order with a 3 week turnaround time. Please expect delivery information within the 3 week timeframe.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable postage where applicable.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty.
