Shipping Policy

All items are currently made to order with a 3 week turnaround time. Please allow up to 3 weeks before expecting shipping notifications.

All items are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail tracked 2nd class for both parties peace of mind. Delivery is estimated in 2-4 working days.

For all orders in the UK under £40, there is a flat shipping fee of £3.99. For orders over £40, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION OR UNITED STATES COUNTRIES. This is due to regulations and tariffs from governing bodies.

For countries outside the UK, shipping is calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs or fees that may occur, including any appointed tariff charges. By purchasing from us internationally, you accept responsibility for any additional charges that may occur. If you refuse to pay import fees and the items is returned to us you will be charged for the incurred fees.

If you refuse a delivery, you, the buyer, are responsible for:

• Original shipping charges
• Return postage costs
• Customs and other import fees

This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won’t be refunded.
