Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Venom & Velvet. We hope you love your purchase! If not, don’t worry, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returns or refunds will not be issued outside of this time frame. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • In it’s original packaging including giftboxes, tags etc with seals/packaging intact

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on any earrings.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and all packaging

For faulty items we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and at our discretion.

How to return an item

To initiate a return, please email returns@venomandvelvet.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

You are responsible for the return postage unless otherwise agreed. We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to the designated address. You can submit your cancellation notice by email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working (Mon-Fri) days.

Original shipping costs/delivery charges are non-refundable.

Any customs charges incurred are also non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the consumer.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. Sale items cannot be returned and refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
